Hi Nick - I do plan to get back into web development--April is my target date.  I'm not available until then, working on 2 flips and my rotator cluff injury is preventing me from using a mouse--which is essential for web development.  In a step toward my April Absolute Marketing re-launch I resurrected my Absolute Marketing website I had taken out of service in 2022.  So if you want to wait for me until April I can do something for you.   Here's what you need

First a Website - Do you already have a domain name?  I think you told me you do.  You'll put all your essential info and build upon it weekly/monthly.  This will be the primary link you will use to offer potential customers more comprehensive information. 

In this day and time you need to be at least on Google Business - like I described you a  need a business address and a picture submitted to Google Business.  You may not be successful doing this without a marketing agency who has done it before and knows what Google needs.  The businesses I researched below should be able to.

Then you need to grow your Yelp! Reviews, Google Business reviews, and set yourself up on NEXTDoor and Facebook Marketplace.  You need to create and maintain a YouTube Channel--here's an example of mine that has archives from 10 years of virtual tours to give you an idea.  YouTube content is highly indexed by search engines so the emphasis should be on Google Business and YouTube for starters after your website is built.
